“We booked the 17:00 ATV tour and arrived on time at 16:50, only to be told the group had already left and we couldn’t participate because the ticket office for the reserve fee had closed. Your guide confirmed our booking on his list, yet we were still denied the tour. If the ticket office closes before 17:00, why offer a tour at that time? We wasted a one-hour Uber ride only to be turned away. Rescheduling was not an option as we already have other plans. This is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund immediately.
