On my Soweto trip I initially had a driver guide Nicholas, who I thought was very well informed, interesting and very well spoken. A really outstanding guide. The guide on the street (sadly I have forgotten his name) was also very helpful and knowledgeable. On the way back I had a really good driver and good guide DJ still very worthwhile if not as interesting as Nicholas, he was still informative and interacted very well with individuals drawing them in to the tour.”

However, instructions for meeting up with tour guide at end were not at all clear and I ended up texting him (problematic in itself as couldn't get Wi Fi till half way round the Museum) to find out exactly where and where meeting point was. Also instructions for tour were not sent to me 24 hours before as indicated so I had to get in touch with Help Desk from Cape Town Airport. In fairness they replied immediately with details, but they shouldn't have had to.”
