“Our driver allowed us to open the back door of the minibus in front of buffalo. He let a man leave the vehicle to take a close up of an ostrich. The minibus broke down in front of 3 thankfully sleeping lions resulting in him having to leave the vehicle to attach jump leads. Having restarted the engine after someone towing us uphill he returned to site of lions and then reversed into a vehicle. The overall result left me feeling quite unsafe. I requested a refund and have not received a reply. The driver was very pleasant and tried hard to please us but I am sure he broke…”

“From the beginning of the day to the end it was amazing. Our cruise ship came in late and Joel waited for us. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Joel is a lovely guy and very knowledgeable about the reserve. We had a mid morning coffee break at a picnic stop and then continued on to spot the game and we were so fortunate. Close up to buffalo, zebra, and really close to elephants. We even had one walk alongside us on the road. It was all so special. “Mir ist klar, dass es in einem Reservat keine "normalen" Straßen gibt, dass es eben einfache Wege sind. Aber in diesem Reservat sind die Wege dermaßen stark ausgefahren, dass riesige Löcher und Fahrrillen entstanden sind. OK - das kommt vor. Aber wenn dann der Fahrer mit Vollgas in diese reinfährt, damit er auf der anderen Seite auch wieder rauskommt, dann passiert es leider mehrfach, dass es einen aus dem Sitz katapultiert und man mit dem Kopf gegen das Dach des Fahrzeuges knallt. Das hätte ich nun wirklich nicht gebraucht. Wir haben mit anderen Besuchern gesprochen, die die Safari in diesem Reservat über einen anderen Veranstalter gebucht hatten - die hatten…”
