“Point 1. The organizer didn't even introduce himself in the morning... Point 2. The guide and the bus driver had no local knowledge... Point 3. The guide didn't introduce himself or speak to us either. Point 4. When we arrived at the park, the organizer and his guide were surprised at how busy it was and that the park was overbooked. We were driven through the park in closed buses... When we asked why we didn't drive in open jeeps... the guide just said either the bus or back on the ship!!!!! We hardly saw any animals... because the bus can't drive off the main path... Only the off-road jeeps…”
