“The guide begins by telling us that the trip takes 10 and not 8 hours as indicated. Then he doesn't stop at God's Window where the trip would otherwise start... When we get to the boat there are two more hours, it sails... When we ask how it is that we have to wait so long and why we haven't stopped at God's Window, the guide refuses to answer and just says it's our own fault... Really sad experience. We didn't get what we paid for and instead wasted several hours for nothing.”

“I had a great day doing the panorama tour. There was some clouds that day, so viewing of God's window was limited, but the hike to God's window was nice, and the other views/water falls were great. I took the lift down to the forest below, very nice with lots of info signs. Lots to learn. The guide was great, it was private tour with only me, and we talked the whole route, he knows alot about the area/plants/animals. We also chatted about our favorite movies and traveling.
